Our steel-plastic biaxial geogrid is manufactured by welding high-tensile steel wires into a rigid grid structure and encapsulating the assembly with a protective HDPE (high-density polyethylene) coating. This combination delivers exceptional tensile strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions while the polymer coating provides excellent corrosion resistance.
The product is engineered for long-term performance in road base reinforcement, subgrade stabilization, retaining wall construction, and soft-soil foundation treatment. The HDPE coating ensures durability in aggressive soil and moisture conditions, extending service life to over 50 years.
As a direct factory, we offer custom grid sizes, tensile strengths, and roll dimensions to meet specific engineering requirements. Every batch is tested to ASTM and GB standards.
